Erin Tholen

Erin Tholen is Vice President for Project Management. With more than two decades in the non-profit and education reform space, Erin has experience driving advocacy, policy reform, strategic communications, and nonprofit and political fundraising. She is passionate about education and believes that excellent educational opportunities should be available to all students. 

As Chief of Staff at Texas Public Charter Schools Association, Erin oversaw the Association's communications and fundraising efforts, board relations, and major statewide advocacy initiatives. She has also led media and communications work at the national level, including driving PR strategy for a Supreme Court case. Erin lives in Austin, Texas with her husband, three children, elderly dog and kitten.
